Information we collect

We collect only what you submit through our forms: your name, phone number, email address, property ZIP code, approximate square footage, number of HVAC systems, your primary comfort concern and your preferred contact method. Contractor partners submit company name, contact name, phone, email, service area, approximate monthly installation volume and an optional message.

We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, financial account details, payment card numbers, medical information or government identification. Do not submit them.

How we use it

Submitted information is used to contact you about duct-system service, to understand the property, to schedule work and to measure how well our marketing performs in aggregate. We do not sell your personal information.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a managed database. Lead records are not readable from any browser session: the database denies access by default, and records are written only by validated server-side code. Access to stored leads is limited to authorized Duct Daddy personnel.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

This site is built to support Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta advertising technologies and call tracking. None of these are active unless a real measurement identifier has been configured. When one is enabled, this section will be updated to name it and to describe the consent controls applied.

Retention

Lead records are retained for as long as needed to serve the customer relationship and meet business record-keeping needs. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us through this website.
